Tenjin Sherpa

Founder of Himalayan Range Intl. Treks & Expedition


Mr Tenjin Sherpa the founder of Himalayan Range international Treks & Expedition is from Sankhuwasabha, Nepal. He started working in this field from very early age. When he was young he started as a porter and did this for many years. After many treks and getting the experience in the field he started working as Guide and as well as he got opportunity to lead expedition. Now he is an experienced guide and a climber. In 2011 he started his own company. Since then the company has been providing good service to its clients from around the world. Together with the Trekking Company he also started a NGO “Himalayan Social Development Center “to help the people in the villages to provide them with their basic needs. So far the NGO has been able to provide help in many schools with stationeries and other important needs. After the earthquake in 2015 the organization helps many people of Ruswa villages with the relief aids. In future the organization plan to do many social development projects in the villages. Now for every Tour, Trek or Expedition booked from the company 5 % of it goes to the Organization fund.

Nimtenzi Sherpa is from Darjeeling, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) in Darjeeling which is one of the oldest and the best India. He did his Basic and Advance Mountaineering Course from Mountaineering Institute in India and also a member of UIAA. Being in this field for many years he has a good knowledge about the Himalayan Range International Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd, its people and culture. He is the Marketing Manager and Group leader of the Company.
